What happens to it
We recommend a short phone call first so we can plan crew, protective gear and number of visits. Items you want to keep are set aside as we go.
Who books this service
Families supporting a relative, property managers and individuals who want help in a private, non-judgmental way.
How to prepare
A short phone call helps us plan crew size, protective gear and the number of visits. Tell us about any items that must be kept.
What affects the price
Size of the space, amount of material, safety conditions and the number of visits needed.
Pricing for hoarding & heavy cleanouts
You pay for the space your items take up in our truck, not by the hour. Your price is confirmed on site before any work begins.
Single appliance
A fridge, stove, washer, dryer or BBQ.
Quarter truck
A bedroom set, or a couch and chairs.
Half truck
All the furniture from a 1-bedroom apartment.
Three-quarter truck
A 2-bedroom apartment's contents, or a packed garage.
Full truck
A large 3-bedroom apartment, or a garage and basement together.
Prices in CAD. All prices are subject to 5% GST. Heavy items, stairs and long carries, or items that need special disposal can change the price; we tell you before we start. See how pricing works or try the load estimator.
How junk removal works
Tell us what you have
Fill in the form, call, or text photos to (672) 667-0421. We give you a price range based on what you send.
Pick a time that suits you
Choose a day and a window. We confirm by text and call when the crew is on the way.
We confirm the price on site
The crew looks at the job, gives you a firm price, and does nothing until you say yes.
We load, sweep and haul
We carry everything out, even from basements and upper floors, and leave the space swept.
We sort what we take
Usable items are set aside for donation, recyclables go to recycling, and the rest goes to proper disposal.
Frequently asked questions
