Price before we start

You get a price range from your photos. When the crew arrives they confirm a firm price on site. Nothing is loaded until you say yes.

A clear arrival window

We confirm your window by text, and the crew calls when they are on the way.

Basements, attics, upper floors and long carries are part of the job. Point at it and we carry it.

When the load is out, we sweep the area so you are not left with the mess.

Usable items are set aside for donation where accepted, recyclables go to recycling, and only the rest goes to disposal.

If we cannot take something, like asbestos or paint, we tell you before booking and point you to the right place.

We accept cash, Interac e-Transfer, cheque, cryptocurrency and all major credit cards (a 2.4% surcharge applies to credit cards).
