From cleaning to clearing out
Ran began as a cleaning company serving Vancouver homes. Again and again, customers asked us for help with the job that comes before the clean: the old sofa nobody could lift, the garage that had filled up over a decade, the estate that needed to be cleared before a sale. We started saying yes, and junk removal became the heart of what we do.
Today we are a junk removal company first, with cleaning still on offer. That mix is the reason many customers call us: when the space is emptied, we can leave it clean, so one booking covers a whole move-out or cleanout.
What we believe
A fair job starts with a clear price. We give you a range up front from your photos, confirm a firm price on site before any lifting, and stand by it. We treat every home, suite and business as if it were our own, and we leave it swept.
Our promise to you
Price before we start
You get a price range from your photos. When the crew arrives they confirm a firm price on site. Nothing is loaded until you say yes.
A clear arrival window
We confirm your window by text, and the crew calls when they are on the way.
We do the lifting
Basements, attics, upper floors and long carries are part of the job. Point at it and we carry it.
We leave it swept
When the load is out, we sweep the area so you are not left with the mess.
Sorted, not just dumped
Usable items are set aside for donation where accepted, recyclables go to recycling, and only the rest goes to disposal.
Straight answers
If we cannot take something, like asbestos or paint, we tell you before booking and point you to the right place.
